Shared Intelligence Platform

A live market intelligence terminal aggregating data from knowledge partners into searchable, actionable research — not static PDFs.

The central challenge for diaspora investors is not motivation — it is information. Research on African markets is fragmented, expensive to access, and rarely structured for actionable investment decisions. The Shared Intelligence Platform addresses this directly by aggregating data from institutional knowledge partners into a single, searchable terminal.

Anchored by GDP growth drivers, private capital exit data spanning 2015–2024, and AI readiness indices, the platform serves both the individual investor building conviction and the institutional allocator conducting due diligence. Country profiles and sector outlooks are curated by the 17III research team.

This is the product that drives premium membership. Access to quality, structured research is the rarest resource in emerging market investing — and 6Africa makes it the platform's foundation.

Direct Investment Listings

A vetted, filterable directory of African funds and direct investment opportunities — modelled on IA50.org, not a bulletin board.

Diaspora investors face two obstacles: too little information about credible vehicles, and too much noise from unvetted listings. The 6Africa Direct Investment Listings resolve both.

The "6Africa Top 50" is a curated directory of African fund managers — PE, VC, infrastructure, and impact — reviewed and approved for listing. Inclusion signals credibility. A parallel catalog covers direct deal opportunities and the International Trade Investment list, vetted through a partner review process.

Both catalogs charge a listing fee, creating a sustainable revenue stream while maintaining quality standards.

Diaspora Pathways

Structured education that moves diaspora members from "I'm interested in investing in Africa" to investor-ready — with the confidence and knowledge to act.

Interest in African investment among the diaspora is significant. Conversion to action is not. The gap is rarely one of motivation — it is one of knowledge, structure, and trust. Diaspora Pathways is designed to close that gap systematically.

Delivered through an integrated community platform, the curriculum takes investors through the building blocks of African market investment: understanding asset classes, reading country risk, evaluating fund managers, structuring remittances toward investment, and navigating the regulatory environment.

Courses can be offered at a fee, with revenue shared between 6Africa and contributing trainers and subject matter experts — creating an incentive for the best practitioners to contribute.

Trade Desk

A digital interface for B2B commerce, import/export opportunities, and service-provider connections across the diaspora ecosystem.

Investment is one channel for diaspora economic participation. Trade is another — and it is often the faster path to initial engagement. The Trade Desk creates structured pathways for B2B connections, import/export facilitation, and deal promotion across the 6Africa ecosystem.

Service providers — legal, tax, financial advisory, logistics — can connect directly with diaspora clients who need trusted professionals with Africa-relevant expertise. Fund managers and project developers can use the platform to promote opportunities and connect with advisors who can represent them to diaspora capital.

Premium Trade Desk access unlocks the full Data Room and Research Collective, positioning the trade layer as a gateway into broader platform engagement.

Engage

A hub connecting the 6Africa ecosystem to events, convenings, and year-round opportunities across the global diaspora — not just a calendar, but a permanent connection infrastructure.

Physical events generate extraordinary energy — introductions are made, deals are initiated, partnerships are conceived. The problem is that 90% of that momentum dissipates within weeks. The 6Africa Engage pillar solves this by ensuring every convening has a persistent digital counterpart, and by connecting the ecosystem to opportunities across the full calendar of diaspora and investment events.

6Africa is not anchored to any single summit or series. The platform serves as a neutral hub — connecting members to relevant convenings across Africa, the Caribbean, North America, and beyond. When a 6Africa partner hosts an event, the platform provides the digital infrastructure: membership access, research tools, and year-round connection.

For event organizers, this creates immediate differentiated value. For attendees, it converts a conference pass into platform membership. For 6Africa, it creates a scalable, repeatable growth channel.

Event Recap
6Africa Capital Mobilization Roundtable & Reception
April 16, 2026  |  Washington, DC  |  more than 70 leaders convened
Our inaugural convening, held alongside the IMF/World Bank Spring Meetings, brought together diaspora investors, African government officials, fund managers, and institutional partners. The energy in the room confirmed what we already knew: the connectivity is needed, the capital is willing, and the platform is inevitable.
